Young Adult programmes

Our young adult programmes are for small groups of between 6-15 young people aged between 16-25. 

We have different lengths of programmes from 1-day to 5-days:

1-day: content is flexible, we can cover a mixture of topics from budgeting and banking, to earning money and borrowing - happy to flex to suit your group.

2-day: tends to be four core modules: budgeting, banking, income & borrowing – includes qualification SCQF Level 4 in Personal Money Management

3-day: also includes tenancies, rights & responsibilities of landlords/tenants, inventory checks, reading electricity meters

4-day: also includes consumer rights & scams

5-day: also includes employability skills – with option for second qualification SCQF Level 4 in Independent Living Skills (tenancies & employability combined)

These courses can be particularly beneficial for young people on employability programmes or apprentices, working towards their first job.
