This session is aimed at teachers, careers advisors, Developing the Young Workforce staff and anyone else with a remit in career guidance. By the end of the session you will have an increased knowledge and awareness of the exciting and rewarding careers available in Scotland’s land-based, aquaculture and environmental conservation sector, as well as the pathways into those careers and the skills required by employers.
This is a drop-in session and will be tailored specifically to the requirements of the audience.
By the end of the session you will have an increased knowledge of the careers and pathways in the sector as well as a wealth of resources that you can tap into at any time.
The industries we work with are agriculture, aquaculture, animal care, equine, environmental conservation, fisheries management, horticulture, wildlife management, land-based engineering and trees & timber.
