Medical Research Scotland Academy 2026

Work Inspiration and Preparation Provided by Medical Research Scotland

The Medical Research Scotland Academy webinar series returns with four free, interactive sessions designed to spark curiosity and help explore career and further education opportunities in STEM.

The free virtual events will take place on Friday mornings throughout March 2026, and we are inviting pupils in S4, S5 and S6 to attend four sessions from the comfort of their classrooms.

The virtual series features live talks from medical researchers and scientists – sharing their medical breakthroughs and career journeys. It will introduce pupils to medical research specialisms including toxicology, imaging, nutrition, cancer research and more.

We will be streaming live into classrooms each Friday with a catch-up option that can be viewed on YouTube and Vimeo:
Dates: Friday 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th March 2026
Timings: 10:00am – 10:50am
