Young STEM Leader Award at SCQF Level 6

Work Inspiration and Preparation Provided by e-Sgoil

Description:
The SCQF Level 6 Young STEM Leader Award is a nationally recognised qualification that enables young people to support, engage and inspire others in STEM in their school, community or youth group.

The approximate completion time is 40 hours. On completion YSLs will gain 4 SCQF credit points.

Thurs 4th Sept Week 1 - leadership and skills (Task 1)
Thurs 11th Sept Week 2 - skills and qualities and PDP (Task 2)

Thurs 2nd Oct Week 4 - Planning (Tasks 6-8)

 

BREAK TO ALLOW FOR DELIVERY OF STEM LEADERSHIP ACTIVITIES (and Tasks 4-5)


Thurs 30th Nov Week 7 - evaluation of progress (task 3)

Thurs 6th Nov Week 8 - sharing of task 3 (Task 3)

Thurs 13th Nov Week 9 - Showcase - share some slides of your leadership activities

Thurs 27th Nov Week 10 - Q&A
