The Circular Economy Challenge is a national enterprise challenge for P5 - S3, introducing students to the idea of a Circular Economy and the impact of our society on the planet.
The challenge enables pupils to develop their enterprising skills in a real-life context, giving them an understanding of the world of business, design and technology and have the opportunity to create a company, carry out market research, create a business plan and advertise their product or service with its own logo and tagline.
Regional challenges running in collaboration with DYW Teams, local authorities or sponsors, include interaction with business ambassadors and a pitching showcase event where pupils can present to a panel of experts and compete against local schools.
If a regional challenge isn’t running in your area this year, don’t worry! We still have the DIY Circular Economy Challenge.
