Kier have been selected as the main contractor for the construction of a new primary school in Callander. The project will commence in early-2025 and is needed due to the existing school having reached capacity. The project will include the build of a new primary school building, as well as the relocation of an astroturf pitch, new car parking spaces, and outdoor landscaping. 

The relocation site for the new school will sit adjacent to Callander Nursery, McLaren High School and McLaren Leisure Centre, creating a community campus for the area. As well as classrooms, the school will house several offices and breakout areas, a kitchen, a large dining room and a games hall.
